Each of these three states (especially MA and NY) has more to offer than CT and with similar costs of living.

And in these states (MA, NY, RI) you don't have to worry about tolls being placed on the major highways (exceptions: Mass Turnpike, NYS Thruway, MTA/Port Authority crossings).

After all, GE moved to "Taxachusetts" from Connecticut for a reason (taxes are somewhat lower in MA than CT!).
