Recently, Mercer (a prominent human resources consulting firm and part of the Marsh and McLennan Companies) published the Mercer 2019 Quality of Living survey billing San Francisco as the city with the best quality of life in the United States. However, articles like this one in Business Insider dispute that, calling into consideration the city's human waste problem. Maybe when Mercer conducts a survey, they should send people to each city and have them walk the streets.
